We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect with 7–10 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architectural design and planning, with hands-on experience in retail and or commercial projects. This role demands creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to translate vision into functional, aesthetically appealing spaces. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage architectural design and development for large-scale projects Collaborate with project, leasing, and design teams for concept and execution alignment Prepare design presentations and technical documentation Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and quality benchmarks Coordinate with consultants, clients and external partners throughout project lifecycle What We’re Looking For ✅B.Arch with 7–10 years of experience in architectural projects (not interiors) ✅ Experience in retail, commercial, or mall developments is highly preferred ✅ Strong understanding of design principles, planning, and construction detailing ✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools ✅ Understanding of BIM ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
