Role Overview We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead our Accounts & Finance function. This role will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving financial discipline across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in an export-oriented business and be capable of handling end-to-end accounting and financial management. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the complete accounting function of the organization Ensure timely finalization of books of accounts and financial statements Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances Manage export-related financial processes, including documentation and compliance Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial planning Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banking partners Implement and maintain financial controls and processes Provide financial insights to support business decision-making Requirements Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Minimum 5 years of industry experience, preferably in an export house Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance Experience in handling export documentation and international transactions Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Background Experience in manufacturing or sports goods industry Exposure to international business operations Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) Personal Attributes High level of ownership and accountability Detail-oriented with strong accuracy Structured and process-driven approach Ability to manage and lead a team How to Apply Please share your CV at , subject line: CA – {Your Name}
