Experience- 3-4 yrs Qualification- Diploma/BE / B Tech degree in Computer Science or related field Location: Hyderabad Airport JD- • Troubleshoot and Narrow Down Issues related to Application issues (Linux, Oracle, SQL) • Coordinate with respective functional teams for Resolution • Escalate to Manager as per the Guidelines • Create and share the Necessary documents for issue resolution Update records, checklists etc., • Up gradation of software, Performance tuning, SLA management, Audit compliances, Security compliances • Fix the Application related issues • Escalate to senior management and support teams • DYCIMP related compliances • Work with team members for understanding their needs and guide them on issues • Work with other IT teams for services requests and operations support • Coordinate with stakeholders for resolution
