Can you run ads, write copy that sells, and ensure the backend (funnels + tracking) actually works? If yes, keep reading. At Independent Online Coach (IOC), we help fitness and health coaches scale their online businesses, and we’re looking for a performance marketer who can own results end-to-end. YOUR ROLE You will be responsible for managing the entire performance ecosystem — from ad strategy → copy → funnels → tracking → optimization. This is not a “just run ads” role. You will be expected to understand why campaigns work and how to scale them. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Performance Marketing (Primary Focus) Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (MANDATORY) Monitor key metrics (CPL, CAC, CTR, ROAS) and take data-driven decisions Continuously test creatives, audiences, hooks, and offers Scale winning campaigns and cut underperformers quickly 2. Copywriting (MANDATORY) Write and optimize ad copy that converts Improve landing page messaging for higher conversions Align copy with target audience pain points and buying triggers Collaborate with creative team for better-performing ads 3. Funnels & Tech Setup Build and manage landing pages, forms, and basic funnels Ensure smooth user journey from ad → landing page → lead capture Handle basic integrations with CRM / automation tools Troubleshoot funnel or tech-related issues 4. Tracking & Analytics Set up and manage Meta Pixel, events, and conversion tracking Ensure accurate data flow for decision-making Maintain basic dashboards or reporting systems 5. Social Media & Content Understanding Understand content performance and platform algorithms Identify what type of content works and why Give inputs to improve organic + paid synergy WHO YOU ARE You have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing You can write clear, persuasive copy You think in data, systems, and outcomes You’re both analytical and execution-focused You take ownership, not just run ads, but drive results You can figure things out even when things break You’re proactive and don’t wait for instructions Mandatory Skills Strong communication skills to handle client queries & objections independently with confidence and authority Good command over Meta Business Manager setup (ad account, pixel installation, conversion event tracking) Experience in Facebook Conversion Ad launching, reporting, and basic KPI understanding Good understanding of ChatGPT / Claude for copywriting Basic creative design skills using Canva Good command over Google Sheets & Docs Basic landing page building experience in WordPress Basic funnel building using any platform (Systeme.io / GoHighLevel / Flexi / Synnmate etc.) GOOD TO HAVE Experience in the coaching / info-product space Basic to intermediate Google Ads knowledge Good understanding of Social Media algorithms and trends THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF You’ve only done theory / courses with no real execution You can’t write copy You only “run ads” but don’t understand funnels or results You need step-by-step instructions for everything SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE Consistent lead flow at profitable costs Well-optimized funnels with strong conversion rates Accurate tracking and reporting Faster testing → faster scaling COMPENSATION ₹30,000/month during 2-month probation Up to ₹40,000/month post probation (based on performance) Bonuses up to 25% of base pay (performance-linked) HOW TO APPLY If this sounds like you, apply here:
