URL: Our Subsidiaries Mistral Solutions: Epcogen - Add Solutions- Role: Graphic Designer & Video Editor Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru, KA Employment Type: Fulltime Role Overview: A creative and production-focused role responsible for delivering high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms. The role involves close collaboration with Marketing, internal teams, and senior leadership to create impactful designs and videos aligned with brand and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Designing: Design and develop marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, datasheets, posters, and presentations Create event and exhibition materials such as booth designs, standees, and welcome collaterals Design website banners and other digital assets Develop social media creatives and campaign visuals Ensure consistency in brand identity across all deliverables Support visual merchandising for exhibitions and trade shows Video Editing, Motion Graphics, Shooting & Content: Edit and produce: Corporate and customer pitch videos Internal communication videos Social media and promotional content Product and capability showcase videos Translate raw footage into polished outputs based on scripts/storyboards Create and integrate motion graphics, transitions, text overlays, and basic animations Generate and integrate AI-based voiceovers when required, ensuring natural tone and clarity Support content scripting, including structuring narration and aligning visuals accordingly Ensure high-quality output through color grading, sound design, and visual consistency Maintain storytelling flow, pacing, and continuity Ability to work on technical/corporate content with a clean, minimal, and professional visual style Ability to shoot video content when required, including handling camera, framing, lighting, and audio setup for corporate shoots, interviews, and events Requirements & Skills: Proven experience in both graphic designing and video editing Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW) Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro Good understanding of motion graphics, compositing, and basic animation Strong sense of visual composition, typography, and storytelling Familiarity with print production, digital design, and multimedia content Basic knowledge of videography, camera equipment, and lighting techniques is an added advantage Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong collaboration and communication skills Additional Expectations: Ability to handle both design and video tasks as per project requirements Creative thinking with attention to detail Ability to assist in scriptwriting and content development Familiarity with AI tools for voice generation and content enhancement Maintain proper project structure, file organization, and version control for efficient workflow Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and corporate communication standards Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality Comfortable collaborating with C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders, incorporating feedback professionally Data Security & Compliance: Strict adherence to data confidentiality and company policies Responsible usage of AI tools ensuring no data breach or sharing of sensitive information All company and client data must be handled securely and used only for official purposes “We're an equal opportunity employer.
