E-commerce Catalogue & Product Data Administrator (Linnworks / OMS) Location: Navi Mumbai (Turbhe–Vashi) Experience:2-4 years ⏰ Office Timing:12:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM / 10:00 PM (UK Shift) Type: Full-time, Permanent Role Overview The E-commerce Catalogue & Product Data Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end management, accuracy, and optimisation of product data and catalogues across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that product information, pricing, inventory, and channel mappings are accurate, consistent, and scalable across all sales channels. The role will primarily work on Linnworks (preferred) as the central catalogue, inventory, and order management system, while also interacting with other ERP and OMS platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage, Brightpearl, and Cin7 . You will support the creation, maintenance, and publishing of product listings across a complex multi-channel e-commerce ecosystem , contributing directly to operational efficiency, data integrity, and commercial performance. Key Responsibilities 1. E-commerce Catalogue & Product Data Management Create, maintain, and optimise product catalogues and master data within Linnworks (or equivalent OMS/ERP). Own SKU creation, product hierarchies, parent–child relationships, and variations . Manage product attributes including titles, descriptions, images, barcodes, dimensions, and specifications. Ensure clean, structured, and scalable product data management practices across systems. 2. Multi-Channel Listing & Platform Management Publish and manage product listings from Linnworks to multiple e-commerce platforms. Ensure accurate product mapping and synchronization across all active sales channels, including: Amazon TikTok Shop Temu Mirakl (used for B&Q, Debenhams) OnBuy eBay Shopify (brand-owned websites) Maintain channel-specific requirements, attributes, and listing structures. 3. Inventory, Stock & OMS Coordination Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all channels using Linnworks or OMS platforms such as Brightpearl or Cin7 . Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, overselling issues, and sync errors. Support stock audits, reconciliations, and inventory data clean-up activities. 4. Pricing, Promotions & Channel Configuration Maintain pricing accuracy, promotions, and channel-specific pricing rules. Ensure correct tax, shipping, and fulfilment configurations per platform. Support new product launches, seasonal updates, and range expansions. 5. Data Quality, Governance & Compliance Ensure all product data meets internal quality standards and external marketplace compliance requirements. Maintain consistent naming conventions, SKU logic, and data structures. Identify and correct data inconsistencies, duplication, and mapping errors. Work closely with ERP/OMS integrations to ensure data integrity between systems. 6. Reporting & Process Improvement Generate catalogue, inventory, and performance reports from Linnworks and OMS platforms. Support continuous improvement of catalogue workflows, documentation, and SOPs. Assist with system configuration updates, integrations, and upgrades. 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Operations, Buying, Marketing, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Finance teams. Support onboarding of new products, brands, and platforms. Provide product data and catalogue-related support and training to internal users. Required Skills & Experience Hands-on experience with Linnworks for catalogue, inventory, and listing management (strongly preferred). Strong understanding of e-commerce cataloguing, product data management, and OMS workflows . Experience managing multi-channel product listings across marketplaces. Working knowledge of ERP / OMS platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage, Brightpearl, or Cin7 . High attention to detail with strong organisational and data management skills. Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for data handling and validation. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Preferred / Desirable Experience Direct experience managing catalogues on Amazon, TikTok Shop, Temu, Mirakl, OnBuy, eBay, and Shopify . Experience with UK or international e-commerce marketplaces. Knowledge of product data feeds, integrations, and API-driven platforms. Understanding of SKU strategy, variation logic, and inventory best practices. Experience in retail, wholesale, fulfilment, or multi-channel e-commerce environments. Personal Attributes Highly methodical, detail-oriented, and data-driven.
