Title : Customer Experience Executive - eCommerce (Office-based, NSP Delhi) Company: Weldots Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi - On-site Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + up to ₹5,000/month in performance bonuses (adjust) This isn't a call center job.Weldots runs 4 eCommerce brands — Weldots, Auriglo, Bugario, and NeonDecors — and has served over 10 lakh customers since 2020. Our customer experience team sits at the center of operations, not in a corner. Every order you confirm is revenue saved. Every cart you recover is revenue earned. Your Day-to-DayOrders & Revenue Call customers to confirm orders, verify addresses, and coordinate deliveries — directly reducing failed deliveries Recover abandoned carts through outbound calls — this is where you make a measurable difference Handle inbound calls on order status, delivery updates, and returns Problem Solving Own customer issues end-to-end — follow up until resolved, don't just log and forget Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to fix problems at the source Spot patterns — if a pin code keeps failing or a product keeps getting returned, flag it. We act on these insights. Systems & Data Log every call outcome and customer detail accurately in our CRM You'll use tools like Shiprocket, internal dashboards, and spreadsheets daily What We NeedMust-Have 12th pass minimum (Graduates preferred) 0–2 years in customer support, telecalling, or any customer-facing role — freshers with strong communication are welcome Fluent Hindi + conversational English Comfortable using a computer, CRM tools, and basic spreadsheets Available to work from our NSP, Delhi office (Mon–Sat) Preferred Previous experience in eCommerce or D2C — order confirmation calls, delivery coordination, cart recovery Familiarity with Shiprocket, Freshdesk, or similar tools Someone who stays organized when handling multiple follow-ups in a day What You Get₹5,000/month in performance bonuses for hitting cart recovery and confirmation targets (adjust number) Clear growth path — top performers have moved into Team Lead and Operations roles within 6–12 months.
