Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the complete procurement lifecycle including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and vendor performance evaluation. Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines. Oversee supply chain operations, including planning, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics management. Drive cost reduction initiatives through effective negotiations, value engineering, and alternative sourcing strategies. Manage vendor relationships, including identification, prequalification, performance monitoring, and development of key suppliers. Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, and statutory requirements. Coordinate with project, engineering and finance teams to ensure seamless material flow and budget adherence. Mitigate supply chain risks through contingency planning and proactive issue resolution. Lead and mentor procurement and supply chain teams, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement. Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply risks to support informed decision-making.
