With consistent year-over-year growth, we are expanding our Customer Success TeamAbout the Role We are looking for aCustomer Success Consultant / Trainerwho will operate at the intersection ofproduct, presales, and customer enablement . This is a highly dynamic, client-facing role focused on driving adoption, delivering value, and empowering customers through training and strategic consultation.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with enterprise clients, understands DevOps practices, and can translate technical capabilities into real business impact.Key Responsibilities Partner with Global 5000 clients toadopt and optimize requirements management solutionswithin their DevOps/ALM ecosystems Leaddiscovery sessions, workshops, and planning callsto understand customer needs Deliverproduct demonstrations, training sessions, and enablement programsfor both prospective and existing customers Provideexpert-level supportfor Modern Requirements and Copilot modules Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve defects Createtraining materialssuch as guides, videos, and documentation Support multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining strong follow-ups and engagement Assist customers in leveragingAI/Copilot capabilitieseffectively Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams Contribute to internal knowledge sharingRequired Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 2+ years of experience in aclient-facing role(Customer Success, Consulting, Presales, or Training) Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding ofSoftware Development Lifecycle (SDLC)and DevOps practices Familiarity withAzure DevOps(Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Build, Commits) Working knowledge ofGit workflows(push/pull requests, repositories, codebases) Experience deliveringtraining sessions or workshops Strong organizational and time management skillsNice-to-Have Skills Exposure toAgile/Scrum methodologies Understanding ofQA/testing processes Experience inB2B presales or customer success environments Knowledge ofAI concepts, copilots, or intelligent agents Familiarity withMicrosoft AzureDevOps ecosystem Experience inregulated industries(e.g., Medical, Pharmaceutical) French language proficiency (asset)
