Must-Have Experience coordinating drive test (DT) teams and assigning routes based on tester location and project priorities Strong communication skills to coordinate continuously with DT teams and local RF engineering teams Hands-on experience withTEMS Cloud ,TEMS Paragon , andActixfor drive test execution, analysis, and reporting Working knowledge ofXCAL / XCAP ,Google Earth , andTAB file creationfor route planning Solid understanding of telecom networks with prior experience indrive testing or DT coordination Ability to track tester performance including miles driven, ATP site pass/fail status, and throughput testing; provide guidance to improve results Proficiency inMS Office(Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to manage logistics such as hotel bookings, vehicle readiness, and drive test tool availability, with timely escalation of issues Ready to work for extended hours and weekends typical 6 days of a week.
