Job Description We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Public Policy Researchers to join our dynamic team. As a researcher, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives, engaging with stakeholders, and understanding policy decisions at local, national, and international levels. Policy Understanding: Lead the understanding of government public policy strategies & schemes that are created for citizens. Conduct research, analyze data, and stay informed about legislative and regulatory developments which will benefit a common citizen. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with government officials, policymakers, industry associations, NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders. Advocacy: Disseminate platform findings, recommendations, and results, showcasing the policy highlight & its impact. Requirements Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in public policy/ administration, Political Science, Law, or a related field. Minimum 1-5 years of relevant experience in public policy advocacy, government relations, or a related role. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to research, analyze, and interpret complex issues. Excellent communication skills, including writing, public speaking, and interpersonal communication.
