Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Chartered Accountant who has solid experience handling large-scale financial operations (around €50M+ turnover), ideally inengineering, MEP or project-based businesses . This role is not just about bookkeeping or reporting; we need someone who understands how project-based businesses work, can manage numbers across multiple ongoing projects, and is comfortable working directly with leadership in an international setup. You’ll be working remotely from India but aligned withCET (Malta) time zone , so being comfortable with that is important.What You’ll Be Doing●Managing end-to-end finance forproject-driven operations●Working closely onproject budgets, cost tracking, and profitability●Handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closures●Keeping a strong grip oncash flow across multiple projects●Ensuring everything is aligned withIFRS / international standards●Supporting audits, compliance, and taxation●Partnering with leadership on financial decisions and cost control●Setting up and improving financial processes and reporting●Coordinating with international teams and stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking For●CA qualified (must-have) from a reputed institution such asICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India)or equivalent international bodies (ACCA, CPA)●Around5–10 years of experience●Background in:○MEP / building services○Construction /engineering /infrastructure○Or anyproject-based business similar to AG Group●Hands-on experience withproject accounting, contract billing and cost tracking●Good understanding ofIFRS●Someone who has worked withinternational clients or teams●Comfortable working independently in a remote setup●Strong communication and problem-solving skills●Willing to work inCET (Malta) time zoneGood to Have●Experience with European companies or projects●Exposure to ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.●Experience handling multiple projects at the same timeWorking Setup●Fully remote (India-based)●Working hours aligned to Malta (CET)●High ownership role with direct visibility to leadership
