Immigration Case Manager – Canada & Australia Permanent Residence Visa Filing Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi Department: Documentation/PR Visa Filing Experience Required: 3-5 years ( PR Visa Filing Only) Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Case Manager to handle end-to-end processing of Permanent Residency (PR) applications for Canada (Express Entry & PNP) and Australia (Subclass 189, 190, 491). The candidate will be responsible for managing client documentation, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and coordinating with clients throughout the application process. Key Responsibilities: Handle complete case processing for Canada PR and Australia PR applications Review and verify client documents as per immigration requirements Guide clients on documentation, timelines, and process updates Prepare and submit applications on relevant immigration portals Ensure accuracy and completeness of files before submission Track application progress and provide regular updates to clients Coordinate with internal teams (sales, documentation, etc.) Maintain proper records of all client interactions and documents Stay updated with latest immigration rules, policies, and changes Handle client queries and resolve issues in a timely manner Key Skills & Requirements: Good knowledge of Canada PR (Express Entry, PNP) and Australia PR (SkillSelect, subclass visas) Strong documentation and verification skills Excellent communication and client handling abilities Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Preferred Qualifications: Graduate in any field Prior experience in immigration consultancy or PR processing (Mandatory)
