Job Title

Job Purpose Electrician maintains, calibrates, adjusts, repairs industrial measuring instrument and electrical troubleshooting. He need to work in cross functional team such as process area associates, as shift electrician.Key Responsibilities Please list the most important and relevant responsibilities 1. Referring electrical and control drawings forMCC (Motor control center) / PLC panel troubleshooting. 2. Calibrating and maintaining control, measurement and indicating instrumentation (pneumatic, analog & digital) for plant equipment. 3.Troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controls (PLC)and Variable frequency Drives etc. in terms of hardware. 4. Capable of conducting loop checking for Inputs/Outputs and instruments. 5. Inspecting and testing the operation of instruments and systems to diagnose faults. 6. Maintaining various computer-based control systems. 7. TroubleshootingSCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)/HMI (human Machine Interface)in terms of hardware and operation. 8. Removing, repairing, adjusting and replacing components. 9. Observing safety in accordance with government and company standards. 10. Having basic electrical knowledge base 11. Have good knowledge of Metal detector.Context and Scope Complete how the job gets done and the way it operates. He is responsible to handle all maintenance activities related with electrical/controls. He is work on measuring and controlling instrumentation.Education & Professional Qualification ITI (Electrical Engineering) plus relevant experience Knowledge/Experience: min 5-7 years. FMCG and Food manufacture preferred. Experience of electrical/control/Electronics maintenance Experience with Allen Bradley/Rockwell/siemens/schneider is preferred Effective communication skill.
