The GM will oversee the growth and management of the retail TMT sales business, focusing on business planning, operations, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing profit and loss (P&L) statements, optimizing operations, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth within the retail TMT sector. The role requires collaboration with team members and stakeholders to ensure business objectives are achieved effectively.Qualifications Experience in P&L Management and Business Planning to drive revenue and profit growth while meeting strategic objectives Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain client relationships Proficiency in Operations Management to streamline processes and improve efficiency Proven track record in team leadership and stakeholder collaboration Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred) Experience in the steel or construction materials industry is an added advantage
