Bodies like PCB, CGWA, F&ES etc. Knowledge of PFMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 7 QC Tools, GD&T.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive HSE related activities in Plant / Plants To inculcate the spirit of safety among workers by Conducting Campaigns like National Safety Week, National Environment Day, National Fire Service Week, World Health Day etc. Identifying potential hazards and risk associated with and taking necessary preventive measures. Closely monitoring high risk activities through PTW. Timely applying and obtaining certificates like CTO, Groundwater NOC, Fire NOC, Annual Returns of Hazardous Waste and e-waste, Self-Compliance Ground water, Certification of various tools and tackles, pressure vessels etc. Responsible for legislative compliance as per various acts under EHS Ensure Periodic inspection, maintenance and record keeping of firefighting equipment to plan, organize and impart training program for employees in SHE Conducting training as per the Planned Annual Training Calendar. Conducting Mock Drill to tackle various emergency situations at Manufacturing Units. Investigating & Analyzing of Root Cause of any incidents or near miss taken place at site with remedial action. Environment Management - handling waste materials, Hazardous Waste, Used oil management, solid waste, spill containment, Plastic Waste disposal, Battery Waste etc. Implementation of company HSE policy and health, safety and environment rules & regulations. Conduct safety induction program for all new joinee and refresher trainings for others. Submission of monthly MIS Report to Management and maintaining various forms, Certificates, registers and HSE records.EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :B.E./B.Tech. (Electrical/Mechanical), Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety / Environmental Science. In addition, candidates having a Diploma in Industrial Safety will be preferred.TOTAL WORK EXPERIENCE :6 – 8 Years
