This is a highly technical role requiring strong expertise inTWS job scheduling , system performance, and enterprise-scale operations. The role supports a24x7 job scheduling infrastructureand works closely with application and infrastructure teams.Key Responsibilities Create, manage, and maintainTWS job schedulesfor development, testing, and production environments Performcapacity planningand ensure availability and scalability of scheduling systems Implement and maintainsecurity controlsfor job scheduling environments Participate inDisaster Recovery drillsand maintain related documentation ProvideLevel 3 support , including on-call, after-hours, and weekend support as part of rotation Performperformance tuning and optimizationto resolve scheduling, blocking, deadlocking, replication, connectivity, and security issues Managebackups, restores, schedule recovery, encryption, and high availability Support and maintaincustom jobsfor daily, monthly, and quarterly processing Perform installations, upgrades, and patching ofTWS tools and related components Design and deliverPOCsfor optimized and consolidated scheduling environments to meet SLA and cost optimization goals Collaborate with application teams to understand priorities and ensure scheduling objectives are met Lead and participate in job scheduling initiatives and technical projectsQualifications & Skills 8+ yearsof experience in system administration acrossLinux, AIX, Solaris, Azure, and appliances Strong hands-on experience withTWS job scheduling administration , tuning, and troubleshooting Proven experience building and managingTWS environments in Azure Experience withautomation, scripting, and monitoring tools Strong understanding ofdata modeling and ETL workflows Knowledge ofsecurity hardening, audit, and compliance(SOX, PII, GLP, GMP, GXP) Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills Solid understanding ofhardware performance, memory, and I/O
