A US based IT MNC is hiring Techno Functional Project Manger to lead and manage the end-to-end migration and integration of systems.Experience of working with Caribbean Banks or North American Banks is Mandatory.The role will involve overseeing core banking migration, system integrations, data migration, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new platform with minimal business disruption. Banking domain should include retail banking, commercial banking, and wealth management. It would be good to have a resource who knows Wealth management system from the vendor SS&C (applications like: Advent, Moxy, Black Diamond etc.)Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Project Manager to lead and manage banking migration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in banking systems along with hands-on experience managing end-to-end system migrations. Prior implementation experience in platforms such as Salesforce and Finacle is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end migration projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure seamless migration Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation Manage data migration, system integration, and cutover strategies Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during migration Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively Coordinate across cross-functional teams including development, QA, and infrastructure Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security, and data governance standards Drive status reporting, stakeholder communication, and executive updates Oversee UAT, go-live, and post-implementation supportRequired Skills & Qualifications 9–12 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years as Project Manager in banking/financial services Banking domain should include retail banking, commercial banking, and wealth management. Strong experience in core banking migration / transformation projects Proven techno-functional expertise (understanding both business processes and technical architecture) Experience in data migration, API integrations, and system interfaces Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsGood to Have Prior implementation experience as PM in: Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud) Finacle Core Banking System Experience working in digital banking transformation programs Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) It would be good to have a resource who knows Wealth management system from the vendor SS&C (applications like: Advent, Moxy, Black Diamond etc.) Key Competencies Leadership and team management Problem-solving and decision-making Risk and change management Strong analytical and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
