The ideal candidate should be proficient in minimally invasive procedures, proctology surgeries, and advanced laparoscopic techniques. The role involves managing OPD, performing surgeries, and delivering high-quality post-operative and in-hospital care.Skills RequiredProctology Expertise Stapler Hemorrhoidectomy LIFT Procedure FILAC Mucosal Flap Procedures Pilonidal Sinus Ablation (Laser / Other techniques) General & Laparoscopic Surgery Laparoscopic Hernia Repair Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Laparoscopic Bariatric Surgeries (preferred exposure) Laser Procedures Stapler Circumcision Laser/RF Ablation of Varicose Veins Roles & Responsibilities Attend OPDs, diagnose patients, and recommend appropriate surgical/non-surgical treatment plans. Perform day-care and in-patient procedures as per surgical expertise. Carry out all laser, stapler, laparoscopic, and proctology-related surgeries with high precision. Manage post-operative care, follow-ups, and complication handling. Provide in-hospital care including round duties, patient monitoring, and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including anesthesia, nursing, and medical coordinators. Maintain high standards of patient safety, ethics, and clinical quality. Stay updated with the latest minimally invasive and laser-based treatment advancements.
