Role Overview The Project Executive will be responsible for managing project execution, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and supporting business growth through project-driven opportunities. The role involves close coordination with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, seamless execution, and high customer satisfaction. A strong understanding of the building materials and construction ecosystem, along with effective coordination and problem-solving skills, is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Coordination Manage end-to-end execution of assigned projects across residential, commercial, and institutional segments. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, procurement) to ensure timely delivery and project completion. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules. Resolve on-site challenges and ensure smooth project flow from initiation to closure. Client & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and project consultants. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure client requirements are understood, documented, and executed accurately. Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service support. Business Development (Project-Oriented) Identify and track upcoming projects in assigned territories. Generate leads through site visits, industry networks, and stakeholder engagement. Support the conversion of project opportunities into business through effective coordination with the sales team. Expand presence in key projects to drive consistent business flow. Vendor & Channel Coordination Work closely with dealers and distributors to ensure material availability for ongoing projects. Coordinate with channel partners for timely dispatches and stock planning. Strengthen project-level collaboration within the channel ecosystem. Monitoring & Reporting Maintain project-wise data, including order status, dispatch schedules, and execution progress. Prepare regular MIS reports on project pipeline, closures, and revenue contribution. Monitor performance against project targets and timelines. Brand Representation Ensure strong visibility of in-house brands (Ganga & Fotia) across project sites. Support participation in project-related events, site activations, and industry interactions Eligibility Criteria Minimum 2–4 years of experience in project execution/coordination within building materials, construction, sanitaryware, tiles, steel, or related industries. Strong understanding of project cycles and on-site coordination. An existing network with contractors, architects, and builders is preferred. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools preferred).
