Shift: US CST Day Shift (IST Night Shift) Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (approx.) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced TWS Admin to design, implement, and support enterprise job scheduling systems across on-premises and Azure cloud environments. This is a highly technical role requiring strong expertise in TWS job scheduling , system performance, and enterprise-scale operations. The role supports a 24x7 job scheduling infrastructure and works closely with application and infrastructure teams. Key Responsibilities Create, manage, and maintain TWS job schedules for development, testing, and production environments Perform capacity planning and ensure availability and scalability of scheduling systems Implement and maintain security controls for job scheduling environments Participate in Disaster Recovery drills and maintain related documentation Provide Level 3 support , including on-call, after-hours, and weekend support as part of rotation Perform performance tuning and optimization to resolve scheduling, blocking, deadlocking, replication, connectivity, and security issues Manage backups, restores, schedule recovery, encryption, and high availability Support and maintain custom jobs for daily, monthly, and quarterly processing Perform installations, upgrades, and patching of TWS tools and related components Design and deliver POCs for optimized and consolidated scheduling environments to meet SLA and cost optimization goals Collaborate with application teams to understand priorities and ensure scheduling objectives are met Lead and participate in job scheduling initiatives and technical projects Qualifications & Skills 8+ years of experience in system administration across Linux, AIX, Solaris, Azure, and appliances Strong hands-on experience with TWS job scheduling administration , tuning, and troubleshooting Proven experience building and managing TWS environments in Azure Experience with automation, scripting, and monitoring tools Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL workflows Knowledge of security hardening, audit, and compliance (SOX, PII, GLP, GMP, GXP) Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills Solid understanding of hardware performance, memory, and I/O
