Direct Walkin Opportunity @TCS Bangalore Think Campus for Mortgage Servicing Role Walk-In DriveLocation: Bangalore (Think Campus) Walkin Drive Date: Saturday,11th April 2026 Experience : 1 to 4 Years Timings: 8:30 Am to 11:30 Am Job Skill: Mortgage Servicing Shift Timings: Australian Shifts Qualification: Graduate and above Joining: Immediate joiners / up to 30days Key Responsibilities: Addressing and resolving customer's queries, inquiries, issues, or complaints Preparing correspondence including letters in a manner that reflects bank policies and guidelines while protecting integrity of the customer Data entry into systems such as loading direct debit instructions, offsets, or nomination, changing customer information, updating existing loan information, or initiating refunding transactions Responsible for reviewing and completing payments to builders and customers for the construction of a house and includes the amending and distribution of schedules, ordering inspections, completing valuation requirements, actioning email related to the payments Investigating queries on loan accounts maintained in the existing systems and applying loan features as requested by the customer Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to TAT & Identify and escalate risks where applicable Skills & Experience: Experience in Mortgage Servicing / Banking / Financial Services Knowledge of Australian mortgage products and processes preferred Strong communication, coordination, and attention to detail Documents need to carry: ID Proof (Original) & Photocopy, Updated CV, Passport Size Photograph, All Education Documents, All Experience Documents and Xerox copy of EPFO. Eligibility: Bachelor's degree with (1 Year to 4 Years) can apply. Minimum 15yrs of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation) Graduates through Open Universities/Correspondence graduates need not apply Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment.
