Role Overview The Assistant Community Lead – City Operations will support the planning, execution, and day-to-day management of the city’s community initiatives. This role is highly execution-driven and requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building strong on-ground experiences while ensuring smooth operations across sessions, events, and partnerships. Key Responsibilities 1. Community Engagement & Support Actively engage with community members across platforms (including WhatsApp groups) and ensure quick, helpful responses Support in building strong relationships with members to enhance overall community experience Assist in creating a positive, welcoming, and high-energy environment at sessions and events 2. Planning & Calendar Execution Assist in planning and executing the monthly calendar (sessions, events, workshops, tournaments) Ensure all activities are prepared and executed as per timelines set by the Community Lead Stay aware of trends and provide inputs for relevant and engaging experiences 3. Revenue Tracking & Reporting Update daily revenue and attendance data in the revenue sheet post-session completion Support in tracking performance of sessions, events, and tournaments Assist in driving MSP (Multi Sport Package) awareness and sales at the ground level 4. Operations & On-Ground Execution Ensure all sessions, events, and tournaments are live on the website and accurately listed as per guidelines Be present at sessions and events to ensure smooth execution and troubleshoot issues in real time Coordinate logistics including equipment, attendance tracking, and overall experience 5. Partner Coordination Support in managing relationships with coaches and venue partners Ensure all partner requirements are communicated and addressed in a timely manner Assist in coordinating schedules, availability, and any last-minute changes 6. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with Brands and Communications teams to ensure event visibility and smooth execution Support in implementing campaigns, promotions, and on-ground branding requirements 7.
