Zoho Product Expert (Implementation & Solutions) We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Zoho Product Expert who can drive end-to end implementation of Zoho solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand requirements, configure systems, manage data transfers, and ensure successful project delivery and adoption.    Time & Project ManagementKey Responsibilities   Understand client business requirements and map them to suitable Zoho solutions   Execute end-to-end Zoho implementation projects (Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Projects, etc.)   Perform data migration and data transfer with high accuracy   Configure modules, workflows, automation, and system settings   Handle integrations between Zoho apps and third-party systems   Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation   Manage project handover and ensure smooth transition to support teams   Deliver client training sessions and ensure successful adoption of solutions   Maintain proper documentation of configurations, workflows, and processes   Coordinate with developers for custom functions, Deluge scripting, and API integrations Requirements   2–4 years of experience working with Zoho products / Zoho ecosystem   Strong hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and data migration   Good understanding of business processes and workflow automation   Experience with integrations, APIs, or Deluge scripting   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills   Excellent communication and client-handling abilities  Zoho certifications (preferred)   Experience in SaaS / IT services / consulting environment   Exposure to multiple industries and business use cases Benefits   Opportunity to work on advanced Zoho implementations   Exposure to diverse business domains   Growth-oriented and dynamic work environment   Competitive compensation
