Kindly review the job description and requirements carefully.Hiring: Payment Technical Lead (Payments Domain) Location:India (Remote) Contract Duration:6 Months (Extendable) ⏳Notice Period:Immediate – 30 Days Max Client:Leading Bank in UAE Payroll:DautomWe are looking for an experiencedPayment Technical Leadwith strong expertise in thepayments domainto support a majorOracle Banking Payments (OBP) and Core Banking upgrade programfor a leading UAE bank.This role will be responsible foranalyzing, designing, and governing technical changes across multiple payment applicationsimpacted by the upgrade program acrossUAE, Egypt, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and India .Requirements: ✔10+ years of experience in the Payments domain ✔ Strong experience withOracle Banking Payments (OBP) / Core Banking environments ✔ Experience withpayment rails, clearing systems, and banking integrations ✔ Ability to createHLDs, LLDs, and technical impact analysis ✔ Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills ✔ Experience working withbanking payment gateways and reconciliation systemsKey Responsibilities: • Performtechnical impact analysis and designfor payment applications affected byOBPandCore Banking upgrades . • PrepareHLDs and LLDsfor payment systems, integrations, and country-specific payment rails. • Collaborate withapplication owners, program leads, and architecture teamsto evaluate upgrade-driven changes and system impacts. • Analyze changes acrosscountry-specific payment railssuch asUAEFTS, WPS, ICCS, KNPS, QATCH, RTGS, ACH . • Ensure compliance withlocal payment scheme rules, message formats, settlement logic, and regulatory requirements . • Design and review integrations betweenpayment applications, OBP/Core Banking, digital channels, gateways, and reconciliation systems(Payment Tracker, Sherlock, Bravos, TLM). • Supportbuild, SIT, UAT, and release activities , including defect analysis and root cause identification. • Ensuretechnical governance, design consistency, and alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards .Interested candidates can share their CVs ator connect withShaloo Ranion LinkedInhere
