Job Title: Captain (Hospitality Industry) Location: Chanakyapuri, New Delhi Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month Experience Required: 4 to 6 years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and professional captain to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage floor operations efficiently Lead and guide stewards and service staff Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service quality Train and mentor junior staff Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards Requirements: 4 to 6 years of experience in hospitality (restaurant/hotel service) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards Leadership and team management abilities Well-groomed and presentable personality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
