About SocialPost.ai SocialPost.ai helps small businesses finally get their social media together with AI-powered tools that create polished posts, intelligent scheduling, and real insights — without the agency price tag. We're building a platform that makes every business look like a million-dollar brand. Our template library is a core part of that promise, and we need a builder to own it. The Role This isn't a generalist design job. We're looking for someone who has spent real time inside businesses — restaurants, law firms, real estate agencies, gyms, med spas, e-commerce brands — and knows exactly what makes their content work. You'll own our social media template library: building it, growing it, and keeping it performing across every major platform and industry vertical. What You'll Own Template Library Creation: Design and build a broad, high-converting library of social media templates spanning Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X — organized by industry, use case, and post type (promotional, educational, engagement, seasonal, and more). Multi-Industry Expertise: Produce templates that feel native to the brand voice of diverse verticals — restaurants, retail, healthcare, fitness, real estate, professional services, beauty, hospitality, and more. Platform-Optimized Formats: Master every format: feed posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, LinkedIn banners, event flyers, promotional graphics, and short-form video thumbnails. Canva System Management: Own and maintain SocialPost's Canva workspace — organize the template library, enforce brand consistency, and ensure every asset is production-ready and easily customizable by end users. Content Calendar Support: Develop visual assets that align with marketing campaigns, seasonal moments, and product launches — staying 2–4 weeks ahead of the content calendar. Performance Feedback Loop: Monitor engagement and performance data on published templates, identify what's converting, and iterate the library accordingly. Website & Email Assets: Manage and update company websites built on Wix; create high-converting email campaign templates and digital marketing collateral as needed. Trend Monitoring: Stay current on platform algorithm changes, trending formats, and visual design trends across every industry we serve — and bring those insights into the template roadmap. Required Qualifications Advanced Canva proficiency with a portfolio that proves it Demonstrated work across 5+ distinct business verticals with different brand voices Deep knowledge of platform specs, safe zones, and format requirements across all major social platforms Systems thinker who builds modular, customizable, scalable templates — not one-offs Ability to adapt visual style to any brand voice: corporate to casual, luxury to local Comfortable building and editing Wix websites and landing pages Data-informed approach — you track engagement and let performance shape your next design decision Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines without dropping quality Must be located in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru, India for full-time office-based work Bonus Points Experience designing for paid social ad formats (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) Video editing and motion graphics for Reels and TikTok content Prior agency experience with a diverse, multi-industry client roster Familiarity with AI design tools and how to integrate them into a content workflow UGC or influencer content creation background Google Analytics or social platform analytics experience What We Offer Full-time role with competitive salary and benefits in Bengaluru Creative ownership — you build the template library from the ground up Direct, measurable impact on platform engagement and customer retention Startup speed — no bureaucracy, your ideas can ship this week AI-first environment with early access to the platform you're building for Industry breadth — no two days are the same
