Our projects span multiple sectors — hotels, residential, commercial, data centers, mixed-use developments, and healthcare facilities — with a strong focus on accuracy, cost efficiency, and timely project delivery through a remote India-based engineering team. Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Project Management Lead specializing in USA construction projects. In this role, you will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and adhering to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project scopes, creating detailed project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and proactively addressing potential risks. You will also maintain effective communication with stakeholders and ensure seamless collaboration to achieve project goals. Qualifications Prepare scope of work documents, contracts, and related project documentation. Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and specification clarifications. Support estimation and scheduling teams during preconstruction and active project phases. Perform bid leveling, reach out to subcontractors for bids, and assist in preconstruction coordination. Manage and process change orders on Procore, ensuring documentation accuracy and approval tracking. Monitor budgets and cost controls through Procore and project cost reports. Oversee and maintain closeout document management, including collection, organization, and secure storage. Coordinate design clarifications and ensure smooth communication between client and site teams. Maintain organized document control and communication logs for multiple projects. Strong Project Management and Program Management experience Proficient in Project Planning and execution skills Exceptional Analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients, teams, and stakeholders Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines Knowledge of relevant construction codes, safety standards, and regulations Proficiency in project management software and tools Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field 7+ years of experience in project management roles within the construction or engineering sector Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering (Master’s preferred). 7–10 years of experience in U.S. construction or remote engineering projects. Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Excel, and Google Workspace. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
