We're now in scale mode - onboarding sellers, driving buyer volume, and building the sales engine that fuels it all. You'd be joining at the most exciting moment. About the Role You'll be the voice of Leadzo - helping buyers find the right professionals and helping sellers get the most out of the platform. This is a high-ownership role where you'll handle inbound calls, email tickets, and everything in between to ensure a smooth experience on both sides of the marketplace. You'll report directly to the Founder during the early stage of the company. Roles & Responsibilities Be a product expert - assist new and existing sellers and buyers with any queries they have about the platform Front-line support for inbound calls and emails, resolving issues on first contact Successfully onboard new sellers to the platform, guiding them through their first credit purchase (all our sales are warm - no cold calling!) Encourage eligible sellers to explore upgrade options through soft, consultative selling Build trust and lasting relationships with buyers and sellers through clear, friendly communication Manage the team inbox using Zoho Desk/or any equivalent - track, prioritise, and resolve tickets efficiently Maintain accurate records of interactions, issues, and resolutions What We're Looking For 1 year of experience in customer support, inbound/outbound calls, or a client-facing role Strong spoken and written English - clear, confident, and professional Fluency in Kannada is a must (Bengaluru-first launch); proficiency in Hindi and any of Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, or Bengali is a strong plus Comfortable working on a laptop with above-average typing speed Exceptional attention to detail - accurate, thorough, and consistent Interest in soft sales and building customer relationships over the phone Ability to multitask across calls, emails, and admin without dropping the ball Self-starter with a strong work ethic and eagerness to grow within the company Perks & Benefits Base CTC: ₹3 LPA + uncapped commissions Healthcare insurance Paid holidays A small, high-performance team where top contributors get noticed and rewarded as we scale Location & Hours On-site at Leadzo - Plot No. 113, 2nd Floor, 100ft Ring Road, 5th Block, 3rd Phase, Banashankari 3rd Stage, Bengaluru - Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
