This isnot a general RCM role— candidates must havehands-on AIC experience .What You’ll Do Handleprior authorizationsfor biologics & specialty infusions Performbenefits verification & eligibility checks Submit cleanCMS-1500 claims Code infusion services (CPT 96365–96368, 96413–96417, J-codes) Managedenials, appeals, and resubmissions Ensure compliance withbuy-and-bill vs. white/brown bagging Track authorizations and prevent revenue leakageMust-Have 3+ years of direct AIC (infusion center) RCM experience(mandatory) Strong expertise in: Infusion CPTs & J-codes Prior auths for biologics/immunotherapies Drug unit calculation & JW/JZ modifiers Experience withCMS-1500 billing Familiarity withMedicare, Medicaid & commercial payersNice to Have CPC / CCS certification Experience withWeInfuse, InfuseConnect, Epic, eCW, AdvancedMD Exposure tohigh-cost infusion drugs ($10K+) Knowledge of340B programSuccess Metrics 95%+ clean claim rate Prior auth TATZero compliance issuesImportant If your experience is limited tohospital billing or general RCM , this role willnot be a fit .Apply If you’ve workedhands-on in an infusion center environment , we’d love to hear from you.
