In addition to execution, the role also includes stakeholder management, handling escalations, improving processes, and contributing to overall program quality and retention. The individual will work closely with students, faculty, college authorities, and internal teams while ensuring operational excellence on-ground.What You’ll DoCollege Operations, Academic Delivery & Student SuccessRepresent IIDE on-ground at assigned partner colleges and build strong relationships with faculty, academic teams, trainers, and college stakeholdersManage and coordinate day-to-day academic operations including schedules, sessions, and classroom deliveryEnsure timely setup and uninterrupted functioning of classrooms, LMS, Zoom sessions, Wi-Fi, and all academic tools in line with defined standardsAct as the primary point of contact for student and college queries, ensuring timely resolution within defined TATsMonitor and drive key student success metrics including attendance, engagement, assignment and project submissions, examination completion, retention, CSAT, and NPSIdentify at-risk students early and proactively implement interventions to improve retention and overall student experienceHandle and resolve operational, academic, and student-related escalations with proper documentation and coordination with internal teamsProactively identify gaps, risks, or improvement areas in program delivery and drive resolutionEnsure accurate and timely reporting of academic, engagement, and fee-related dataCollege Partnerships & Admissions Support (March–July)Support end-to-end admissions execution during the peak cycle at partner collegesCounsel inbound and walk-in prospects and assist with lead qualification and follow-upsCoordinate enrollment confirmations, documentation, and maintain CRM data accuracyExecute on-ground seminars, workshops, demos, and short-term programs to support enrollments and brand visibilitySupport onboarding and operational alignment of new partner collegesNote: Admissions responsibilities are seasonal and do not constitute a year-round sales role.Career & Placement SupportPlan and execute placement-related activities and scheduling across the program lifecycleOrganize workshops, masterclasses, and industry interactions to enhance student exposureSupport students with resume building, interview preparation, and recruiter coordinationCollaborate with internal placement teams to ensure student readiness and smooth execution of placement processesWho You Are1-3 years of experience in academic operations, student success, college partnerships, or coordination rolesMBA / PGDM graduates or final-year students (any specialization) can applyStrong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to handle escalations and work in an ownership-driven environmentComfortable in execution-heavy, on-ground rolesProficient with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and reporting toolsBased in Mumbai
