Job Title: Admin ExecutiveEducation: Any GraduationExperience: 1 Year Location: HyderabadOverviewWe are seeking a highly driven Admin Executive to lead office setup and administration initiatives, including identifying new office locations, onboarding vendors, and managing facility operations. The role will involve working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of administrative processes, security arrangements, and workplace management.The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and a hands-on approach to managing end-to-end admin and facility-related activities in a fast-paced environment.Role and Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate new office locations, and negotiate commercial terms with landlordsCoordinate with civil vendors for office setup, including construction of strong rooms and infrastructure readinessOversee day-to-day administrative operations across assigned branches to ensure smooth functioningManage vendor coordination for procurement, maintenance, and other administrative servicesSupport legal coordination for lease renewals, agreements, and documentationHandle logistics operations, including courier management, consumables, and asset movementMonitor branch-level expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address regional and operational requirementsManage facility operations, including housekeeping, security, and utilitiesDesired Skill Set:Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.Good understanding of facility and office administration.Ability to manage multiple locations/branches simultaneously.Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.Basic knowledge of commercial agreements and documentation.Good budget tracking and expense management ability.Proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindsetPersona:1-2 years of experience in administration / facility managementExperience in office setup, vendor management, and landlord coordinationAbility to manage multi-location / branch operationsHands-on in facility management (housekeeping, security, utilities)Exposure to logistics, procurement, and expense managementStrong stakeholder coordination and problem-solving skillsHigh ownership and execution focusJoin our pioneering team at Rupeek Fintech and play a pivotal role in shaping the future landscape of lending partnerships in the Fintech sector!
