Craft bespoke user experience tailored to tens of millions of users.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDefine product strategy and roadmap for lending, aligned with business goalsOwn the end-to-end user journey (pre & post disbursal: application → approval → disbursal → repayment → closure)Drive customer experience across all touchpoints and enable Customer Support teams with tools and workflowsBuild and optimize product funnels (acquisition → activation → retention) through continuous experimentationIdentify product improvements and innovate within lending workflowsCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Risk, Business, Ops, Finance, DesignDefine and track key metrics (conversion, drop-offs, NPS, TAT), and drive data-backed decisionsSkills & Expertise3–4 years of Product Management experience (1–2 years in lending/fintech/banking preferred)Strong understanding of lending lifecycle (KYC, underwriting, disbursal, collections, repayments)Experience with backend systems, APIs, or web productsSolid grasp of risk, finance, and basic accounting principlesStrong analytical mindset with experience in metrics, experimentation, and problem-solvingProven ownership, stakeholder management, and communication skillsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentBachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldsFinance/accounting exposure is a plus
