This is a highly technical role requiring strong expertise in TWS job scheduling, system performance, and enterprise-scale operations. The role supports a 24x7 job scheduling infrastructure and works closely with application and infrastructure teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and maintain TWS job schedules for development, testing, and production environmentsPerform capacity planning and ensure availability and scalability of scheduling systemsImplement and maintain security controls for job scheduling environmentsParticipate in Disaster Recovery drills and maintain related documentationProvide Level 3 support, including on-call, after-hours, and weekend support as part of rotationPerform performance tuning and optimization to resolve scheduling, blocking, deadlocking, replication, connectivity, and security issuesManage backups, restores, schedule recovery, encryption, and high availabilitySupport and maintain custom jobs for daily, monthly, and quarterly processingPerform installations, upgrades, and patching of TWS tools and related componentsDesign and deliver POCs for optimized and consolidated scheduling environments to meet SLA and cost optimization goalsCollaborate with application teams to understand priorities and ensure scheduling objectives are metLead and participate in job scheduling initiatives and technical projectsQualifications & Skills8+ years of experience in system administration across Linux, AIX, Solaris, Azure, and appliancesStrong hands-on experience with TWS job scheduling administration, tuning, and troubleshootingProven experience building and managing TWS environments in AzureExperience with automation, scripting, and monitoring toolsStrong understanding of data modeling and ETL workflowsKnowledge of security hardening, audit, and compliance (SOX, PII, GLP, GMP, GXP)Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skillsSolid understanding of hardware performance, memory, and I/O
