We leverage data analytics and industry best practices to deliver high-quality insights.Your work profileAs an Analyst / Sr. Analyst, you will support internal audit engagements and work closely with clients and senior team members to deliver high-quality audit outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of Internal Audit / Concurrent Audit engagements, primarily within the manufacturing sectorAssist in performing risk assessments and identifying key business and operational risksConduct process walkthroughs and document business processes and controlsPerform testing of internal controls and highlight gaps with supporting documentationAssist in data analysis using Excel and other tools to derive meaningful insightsSupport preparation of audit reports, including observations and recommendationsResearch applicable regulations and industry practices to support audit findingsCoordinate with client teams to gather information and ensure timely deliveryContribute to improving audit quality and efficiency through standard methodologiesDesired Qualifications1–3 years of experience in Internal Audit / Risk / Compliance, preferably in the manufacturing sectorGraduate / Postgraduate (CA not required)Basic understanding of internal controls, audit processes, and risk frameworksStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environmentLocation & Working ModelBase location: DelhiHybrid working model with occasional travel to client locationsHow you’ll growAt Deloitte, you’ll gain hands-on experience, continuous learning opportunities, and exposure to diverse projects, helping you build a strong foundation in internal audit and risk advisory.
