This role will be responsible for developing custom reports using YSR SQL or SQL scripting, with a deep understanding of Yardi’s data structure and real estate accounting principles. Acting as a key liaison between the accounting and technical teams, the consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting our cloud modernization efforts. This includes enhancing real estate accounting reporting capabilities and ensuring that system functionalities align with evolving business requirements and industry accounting standards.Strong understanding of Yardi data structure and Voyager modulesSkilled in building custom reports using YSR SQL and custom SQL scriptingFamiliar with custom tables, attributes, workflows, and report configuration toolsSolid knowledge of real estate operations and accounting principlesFamiliar with financial statements, reports for real estate portfolio.Provide user training and support on Yardi features; develop user guides and best practicesCollaborate with accounting and Technical teams to optimize system use and reportingTranslate accounting requirements into Yardi system configurations and custom reports
