The Agronomist will be responsible for supporting the design, monitoring, and optimization of hydroponic systems. Key responsibilities include soil and plant health analysis, advising on crop management practices, ensuring proper irrigation practices, and conducting research to improve yield and sustainability. This role requires daily interaction with teams and clients to provide technical expertise on plant nutrition and cultivation strategies.QualificationsExpertise in Soilless Cocopeat based Farming,Experience in crops like cucumber,color capsicum and etcIn-depth knowledge of Irrigation systems and techniquesProficiency in Research methods related to crop production and improvementStrong understanding of Plant Nutrition and nutrient managementExcellent problem-solving skills with a focus on sustainable agricultureAbility to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsBachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Horticulture, or related fieldsExperience with hydroponic farming systems or modern agricultural methods is a strong advantage
