Your work will make history and help millions of lives each day come together around the joys of food and inspire their well-being.Role: Senior Digital Product Manager - MonetizationProduct Management, Product StrategyDefine the product strategy and phased roadmap for channel monetization (placements, partner programs, pricing/yield), sequencing high impact launches across owned channels and retail media inventoryLaunch and optimize sponsored/paid placements and retail media programs on key surfaces (deals/landing pages, homepage modules, email units, app/web placements), integrating with Ad Ops workflows and brand/merchant partnersEstablish governance and eligibility that protects CX and brand standards (frequency caps, content and conflict rules, placement policies), including TCPA and messaging guardrailsOwn the monetization operating model: intake, slot allocation logic, packaging, rate card inputs, SLAs, and issue management; ensure operational scalability with onshore/offshore teamsDefine KPIs and testing plans; partner with Analytics/DS to validate lift via A/B, holdouts, and synthetic/geo control where appropriate; balance near term activation withPartner across Offers/Promotions, Loyalty, and Merch to design monetizable placements that align to promo mechanics (offer funding, eligibility, stacking rules), optimizeBuild feedback loops and standardized dashboards that inform placement ranking/selection, pacing, and yield optimization; improve partner performance and reinvestment decisions.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.Placements/modules, brand/merchant programs), and end to end ad campaign lifecycle (planning, trafficking, targeting, pacing, reporting).6+ years in product management or platform growth/monetization (9–12 total experience) with consumer scale channels.Direct experience with retail media or on site monetization (e.g., sponsoredHands on familiarity with CRM/MarTech stacks (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sinch or comparable ESP/SMS), journey/personalization/CDP tooling (e.g., GrowthLoop/CDP), and Ad Ops workflows.Strong experimentation and measurement background; partnering with Analytics/DS on lift and incrementality (A/B, holdouts, synthetic/geo methods).Demonstrated ability to define eligibility, ranking/selection logic, and yield inputs; balance revenue with UX and brand standards.Excellent cross functional leadership and communication across Marketing, Ad Ops, Merchandising/Offers, Engineering, Legal/Compliance, and Finance.Nice to have:Pricing/yield management and forecasting experience for sponsored or paid placements; familiarity with demand management and pacing controls.Retail media networks, clean rooms, and partner data workflows; comfort aligning partner KPIs with internal success metrics.Offers/promotions domain knowledge: funding models, eligibility, stacking, redemption tracking, and incrementality approaches.Event streaming/data infrastructure exposure (Kafka/Kinesis) and schema/versioning for monetization analytics.Understanding of privacy/consent frameworks (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, TCPA) and channel specific rules for marketing vs transactional messaging.Success metrics and impact:Attributable revenue/margin from governed placements and retail media programs, with baseline CX protected.Standardized KPI and dashboard adoption across channels; reliable readouts for partner and portfolio performance.Measurable lift vs control with clear reinvestment decisions; improved pacing and yield efficiency.Reduced manual trafficking and faster time to launch; increased partner throughput and SLA adherence.Growth in monetized, compliant placements across priority channels with robust eligibility and frequency caps.Tools and ecosystem exposure:Marketing/Activation: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sinch (or comparable ESP/SMS), GrowthLoop or similar CDP, journey/personalization platforms.Retail Media/Ad Ops: Sponsored placement tooling and trafficking workflows; partner program intake and reporting.Analytics/BI: Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Looker/Tableau; collaboration on SQL based analyses.Experimentation/Measurement: A/B testing platforms; holdout/geo/synthetic control methods with Analytics/DS.Experience Range:9 - 12 yearsWhat it is like at Albertsons:Albertsons Culture Principles.Compassion: We always treat each other with kindness and respect.Team: We always support and recognize each other.Inclusive: We always value everyone's perspective.Learning: We always strive to grow and develop ourselves and others.Competitive: We always act with integrity to win over the customer.Ownership: We always take actions to drive our success.
