Dynamic environment with meaningful impact on student careers and outcomes.Position SummaryThe Lead – Learning & Development (Employability & Student Success) will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing employability-focused learning initiatives across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at the University of Bristol – Mumbai Enterprise Campus.This role plays a critical part in ensuring students are industry-ready, confident, and performance-driven through structured learning interventions, progress tracking, and continuous student engagement.Key Responsibilities1. Student Employability Learning & DevelopmentDesign and deliver structured employability modules covering communication skills, behavioral competencies, interview readiness, aptitude preparation, and assessment readiness.Coordinate technical employability learning in collaboration with faculty and external experts across disciplines including Data Science, Economics, Finance, FinTech, and Immersive Arts.Conduct mock interviews, résumé clinics, portfolio reviews, and career counselling interventions.Design and administer student assessments to track employability readiness and learning outcomes.2. Student Engagement & Experience ManagementAct as a primary point of contact for students on employability learning and career readiness.Maintain high levels of student engagement through mentorship circles, town halls, workshops, and periodic check-ins.Monitor individual and cohort-level progress, ensuring early identification of readiness gaps and intervention needs.3. Reporting, Documentation & Stakeholder CoordinationPrepare structured dashboards and reports on student progress and employability readiness for leadership and internal stakeholders.Maintain learning calendars, attendance records, and assessment documentation.Ensure compliance with institutional policies, academic standards, and reporting requirements.4. Execution, Timelines & AccountabilityOwn end-to-end planning and execution of employability learning initiatives with clear timelines and measurable outcomes.Ensure timely communication, follow-ups, and reporting to maintain student confidence in Career Services.Demonstrate strong ownership, responsiveness, and reliability in managing multiple concurrent initiatives.Desired Candidate Profile6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Career Services, Student Success, or Employability-focused roles.Strong understanding of employability frameworks, student readiness models, and outcome-based learning.Proven experience in delivering workshops, facilitating sessions, and managing student-facing programmes.Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving academic environment and manage multiple stakeholders.Experience in higher education or student-focused organizations will be strongly preferred.
