You will coordinate with various stakeholders and manage the Bill ofQuantities (BOQ) to ensure smooth project execution. Your role involves virtual site coordination,stakeholder engagement, and vendor management, with a focus on expanding our retail footprint.Key Responsibilities:● Will be responsible for doing GFC (good for construction drawing) for Civil Packages● Understanding the site condition and coordinating virtually● Coordinate internal and externally with various stakeholders ( Real estate, BD , Design,Business Ops etc )to build and manage new store openings● Will be the BOQ owner for the business expansionRequirements-● Design & Project Coordination, Procurement Coordination for BOQ, Team Management,● Stakeholder management, Civil Vendor management● Decision making and problem solving skills.● Good Communication.Skills - Auto-CAD, Microsoft Office- Mainly Excel
