We are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator with hands-on experience across Exchange Online, SharePoint, Azure AD, Intune, Teams, Purview, and OneDrive for Business.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing and securing Microsoft 365 environments, along with a solid background in automation and Windows Autopilot to streamline provisioning and administrative tasks.If you are passionate about optimizing modern workplace solutions, automating workflows, and delivering seamless user experiences in a cloud-first environment, Kindly apply for the role, we will connect with you.Job Title: IT Support EngineerLocation : Bangalore, Office basedPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESMicrosoft 365, Office 365 Administration on Exchange Online, SharePoint, Azure AD, MS Intune, Teams, Purview & OneDrive for businessInstalling, Configuring and Troubleshooting physical servers and virtual servers.Microsoft Active Directory management.Management of security tools(CrowdStrike, Qualys, Cisco SSE etc.)Performing Disaster recovery and documenting the necessary steps.Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting Network devices and virtual appliances.Overall monitoring & maintenance of the Network infrastructures health status on regular work Hardware and application Troubleshooting (Access points and Switches)End-to-end trouble isolation and repair on physical and logical layer services.Administers systems and servers (e.g., email systems, accounts, workstation ID, IP assignment, computers, security, antivirus, anti-spyware, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring availability of services to authorized users.Troubleshooting and fixing issues in all computing hardware, software in all client machines.Effective documentation of all the activities/incidents acted upon for further reference and archival purposeWorking with vendor/client support team to fix/address third party services, etc.Plan, Design, Implement on any project requirements from any IT standpoint.SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain quality service and departmental standards by:Reading, understanding, and adhering to organizational standard operating procedures (SOPs)Assisting in establishing and enforcing departmental standardsMaintains network operations and software applications (e.g., servers, file, print, application, WEB, database, proxy, etc.), operating systems, server backup, maintenance programs, etc.)for the purpose of ensuring efficient network operations.Managing complex network security devices (e.g., firewalls, VPN concentrators). Fortinet/Cisco firewall/VPN and/or Aruba wireless controller experience highly preferred) Understanding of wired and wireless 802.1X access control.Understanding of voice and videoconferencing systems and related technologies. Experience interfacing with Network Monitoring systems and Linux command line.Experience with formal Change management policies and procedures (CAPA system) Strong background in wired and wireless Ethernet networking technologies (including VLANs, Dot1x, Spanning Tree, Port Channeling, 802.11abgn, etc.) and network security concepts.Demonstrated proficiency with routing protocols and related technologies, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP. Excellent understanding of network applications and protocols (e.g., SSH, DNS, SMTP, etc.).Advanced knowledge of client-based networking with systems running Windows, Mac OSX, or Linux.Understanding of end-to-end data flows and traffic patterns (Wireshark). Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) capable of writing basic documentation disciplined approach to incident / problem management processes and procedures.A can-do and enthusiastic attitude towards work and customers. Strong technical troubleshooting skills for both system performance and network connectivity issues.Effective documentation of all the activities/incidents acted upon for further reference and archival purposeWorking with vendor/client support team to fix/address third party services, etc.Installing and configuring new workstations and laptops as per the project requirement.Contribute to team effort by:Working with internal staff to resolve issuesExploring new opportunities to add value to organization and departmental processesHelping others to achieve resultsPerforming other duties as assignedMaintain technical and industry knowledge by:Attending and participating in applicable company-sponsored trainingQUALIFICATIONSEducation : Bachelor's Degree, Engineering, or Equivalent.Experience3+ years relevant experience in areas of Information Technology.Executing daily technical operations.Microsoft 365, Office 365 Administration on Exchange Online, SharePoint, Azure AD, MS Intune, Teams, Purview & OneDrive for businessInstalling, Configuring and Troubleshooting physical servers and virtual servers.Microsoft Active Directory management.Management of security tools(CrowdStrike, Qualys, Cisco SSE etc.)Attention to detail with a strong analytical mind and guiding the team through technical issues and challenges.Documentation & Knowledge Base creation.Additional SkillsFluent in EnglishStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenGoal-orientedAbility to maintain professional and positive attitude
