Utilize predictive analytics to improve yield, cycle time, and equipment efficiency. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through Gemba visits, operator training, and best practices campaigns. Coordinate improvement projects, develop strategic business plans, and ensure financial tracking of ME projects.
