Join us at Club Mahindra and play a pivotal role in optimizing performance across our resorts.Location:Mumbai,Bangalore & delhiKey ResponsibilitiesImplement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize RevPARMonitor and adjust rates across OTAs, direct bookings, and corporate tie‑upsPrepare accurate demand forecasts and revenue projectionsAnalyze booking patterns, competitor pricing, and market trendsManage inventory allocation to avoid overbooking/underutilizationBuild strong relationships with OTAs and third‑party platformsGenerate daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports with actionable insightsCollaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align strategiesSkills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and numerical skills (Excel, revenue management systems)Knowledge of CRS, PMS, and Channel ManagersExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to thrive under pressure and adapt to market changesQualificationsGraduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field3–5 years of experience in Revenue Management within hospitality (preferably resorts)Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)RevPAR growthOccupancy rate optimizationForecast accuracyChannel performance metrics
