Position: ManagerLocation: Hyderabad, Rangareddy, TelanganaDuration: Perm PlacementJob Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager/Sr. Technical Lead with expertise in architecture and interior design technical knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing company standards, supervising technical teams, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Technical Design Department. This role involves managing project leads, guiding BIM architects/engineers, and ensuring high-quality deliverables for various projects, including villas, high-rise residential and commercial buildings, and amenity buildings.Responsibilities:Implement company standards for the Technical Design Department and supervise the technical team in preparing schematic design, detailed design, and construction drawings. Ensure smooth functioning of the department as per HOD direction and maintain adherence to technical procedures, documentation, and BIM standards. Manage and guide project leads and BIM architects/engineers for the preparation of SD, DD, and IFC drawings based on concept design. Assign projects to BIM architects/engineers and monitor the preparation of working drawings with sufficient construction details for Head Office approval. Support and guide staff on all aspects of drawing preparation in BIM, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Monitor server filing and correspondence with Head Office, ensuring proper configuration and filing for assigned projects. Oversee the preparation of various schedules required for different projects, ensuring correct formats are followed. Provide input on cost-effective construction methodologies and prepare sketches for IFC drawings in coordination with the HO team and ID HOD. Manage and guide the preparation of technical drawings for interior design with proper MEP, façade, and structure coordination. Train and mentor teams on ID materials, construction methodologies, and interior detailing using BIM technology. Evaluate staff productivity and performance on a quarterly basis, ensuring proper feedback and development. Prepare reports as required by the HOD and ensure regular communication with Head Office team leads or managers.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B. Arch) and Master's degree in Architecture (M. Arch). Proficiency in software such as Revit/BIM, CAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 10+ to 15 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design.
