Job DescriptionPension Bazaar is looking for a Telesales Team Lead to manage a team of inside sales executives handling inbound and outbound calls. The role involves driving sales performance, monitoring call quality, and ensuring achievement of operational and revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead a telesales / inside sales voice process teamMonitor inbound and outbound call performance and productivityEnsure achievement of team sales targets and conversion goalsTrack key call center metrics such as AHT, quality scores, shrinkage, and attritionConduct call monitoring, coaching, and feedback sessionsHandle team escalations and support agents in resolving customer queriesMaintain daily MIS reports and team performance dashboardsKey RequirementsMinimum 4–5 years of experience in Voice Process / Telesales / Inside SalesInside Sales Team Lead experience is mandatoryAt least 2 years of team handling experienceExperience in inbound and outbound calling processesStrong understanding of call center metrics such as AHT, shrinkage, and attritionStrong communication, leadership, and team management skillsGraduation is mandatoryEmployment Type: Full-Time
