The company’s core expertise spans large-scale UAV swarms, AI-enabled autonomous coordination, and persistent unmanned systems, all validated through rigorous operational deployment in real-world conflict environments.Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Engineer II - Systems to support system lifecycle activities including requirements engineering, system architecture, integration coordination, and verification & validation planning, with a focus on the development, integration, and deployment of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) systems.This role contributes across the engineering lifecycle, supporting both product development and field deployment activities.The ideal candidate will have strong fundamentals in Systems Engineering principles, experience working in cross-functional engineering environments, and hands-on exposure to complex engineered systems. A strong interest in UAV and autonomous systems, along with the ability to work effectively in a structured engineering development environment, is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesSystems Engineering ExecutionSupport system requirements development, decomposition, and traceabilityAssist in defining system architecture and interface definitionsParticipate in system design reviews and technical discussionsSupport configuration and change management activitiesIntegration & Verification SupportSupport system integration planning and execution trackingAssist in verification strategy definition (Test / Analysis / Inspection / Demonstration)Support test readiness activities and procedure reviewsSupport anomaly tracking, root cause analysis, and corrective action closureCross-Functional CollaborationWork with hardware, software, test, and program teamsSupport customer / stakeholder technical interactions when requiredRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in:Aerospace EngineeringMechanical EngineeringSystems EngineeringOr related discipline2-5 years experience in Systems Engineering, Integration or related roleRequired SkillsUnderstanding of Systems Engineering lifecycle (V-Model preferred)Basic knowledge of requirements engineering and managementExperience working in cross-functional engineering teamsBasic understanding of UAV subsystems:Flight Control SystemsNavigation (GNSS / INS basics)Data Links / Communication SystemsPayload Integration conceptsStrong analytical and documentation skillsPreferred / Good to HaveExposure to UAV / Aerospace / Robotics domainUnderstanding of system safety basics (FMEA / FHA exposure is a plus)Experience supporting field deployment or customer site activitiesBasic scripting or data analysis exposure (Python / MATLAB is a plus)Aircraft performance engineeringDevelopmental flight testing experienceBehavioral CompetenciesStrong ownership and execution mindsetAbility to work in fast-paced development environmentsGood stakeholder communication (technical + operational teams)
