Job Title: Sr. Technical Trainer – Engineering & AI PlatformsLocation: Bangalore, India (Onsite) Department: Learning & Development Reports To: VP, Digital Learning / Technical Instruction ManagerRole SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Trainer to deliver and evolve high-impact training programs focused on agentic AI platforms and modern product ecosystems.This role requires 15+ years of experience in live instructional training, with a strong background in platform and product-based training environments. The ideal candidate will bring expertise and demonstrate the ability to translate platform capabilities, user workflows, and real-world use cases into scalable, adoption-focused learning experiences.This individual will work closely with delivery teams, client engineers, and product stakeholders to understand platform adoption challenges and continuously enhance training programs to improve user readiness and effectiveness.A strong understanding of AI concepts and their application within modern platforms is essential, along with the ability to leverage AI to innovate and scale training development and delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitation & InstructionDeliver instructor-led technical training sessions (in-person and virtual)Facilitate learning across multi-generational, culturally diverse teamsConduct training needs analysis to align learning objectives with role expectationsRun pre- and post-training assessments to measure comprehension and retentionAdapt delivery approaches based on audience needs, roles, and technical proficiencyLead training focused on agentic platform functionality, workflows, and advanced capabilities Platform Training & AdoptionTrain users on agentic platform capabilities, workflows, and best practices Partner with delivery teams and client engineers to: understand real-world platform usage identify adoption challenges gather feedback on user experience Continuously refine and enhance training programs based on: adoption insights user challenges platform evolution Ensure training drives practical application and sustained platform adoption, not just awarenessContent & Curriculum DevelopmentDesign and develop training content across multiple formats, including: instructor-led materials eLearning modules microlearning assets use case walkthroughs Translate complex technical and AI-driven workflows into clear, structured learning experiences Collaborate with SMEs and product teams to update and localize contentProduct & Stakeholder CollaborationWork with product organizations and stakeholders to build and evolve training programs Collaborate with cross-functional teams including: product/platform teams engineering delivery business stakeholders Coordinate with partners and external contributors to deliver components of training programsCoaching & Continuous Learning SupportFacilitate: knowledge transfer sessions one-on-one coaching post-training support sessions Provide ongoing guidance to learners to ensure successful application of training Support continuous learning ecosystems and reinforcement modelsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field15+ years of experience delivering technical training or instructional contentProven experience working with product companiesProven experience in:Instructor-led training delivery (virtual + onsite)Instructional design, course creation, and eLearning development (Articulate, Rise, Storyline, etc.)Platform or Product Training Hands-on knowledge of:Programming (e.g., Python, Java, or related)AI and Cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)Developer or IT workflows and tools (e.g., GitHub, JIRA, DevOps)Certifications preferred: AWS, AI, Azure, Google Cloud, Microsoft Certified Trainer, or equivalentTools and Technologies (Desired from the selections below)Experience with a combination of the following platforms and tools is highly desired:Facilitation & Engagement: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, KahooteLearning Authoring: Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise)Video & Media Creation: Camtasia, Loom, Descript, OBS Studio, Veed.io, Canva, PowerPointAI-Driven Video & Audio: Synthesia, HeyGen, Pictory, ElevenLabs, Play.htKnowledge Management & Collaboration: Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Google WorkspaceLearning Management & Standards: Litmos, Moodle, SCORM/xAPIAI Productivity & Content Tools: ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini (for scripting, course design, and optimization)Additional SkillsStrong communication and facilitation skillsExperience working with global teamsSelf-driven and highly organizedAbility to translate business needs into learning outcomesFlexibility to travel (up to 10–20%)Why Join UsOpportunity to work on cutting-edge upskilling programsEngage directly with enterprise engineering teamsBe a core part of building modern learning programs that shape the future of tech delivery
