You may please visit the Role - Fraud Analysis Location - Bangalore / Pune/ Mumbai / Gurgaon Experience: 1 to 3 YearsKey Responsibilities Real-Time Fraud Monitoring - Ability to monitor, investigate, and respond to high-volume fraud alerts - Experience handling real-time messaging and voice fraud Strong Investigative Skills (Identifying fraud indicators such as SHAFT violations, ATO, phishing, traffic anomalies) Quick Decision-Making Under Pressure- Taking immediate action (blocking traffic, suspending accounts, escalating incidents) - Remaining calm during high-severity situations Process & Runbook Adherence (Strict compliance with documented fraud workflows and escalation procedures) Carrier & Escalation Handling (Managing Traceback requests, Somos alerts, 10DLC violations, carrier complaints)Case Management & Documentation (Accurate case notes and investigation documentation in JIRA and ticketing systems)Operational Discipline (Ability to multitask across alerts, queues, and systems in a 24/7 environment) - Basic SQL or data analysis skills - Experience with Safetech, Sift, or similar screening tools - Knowledge of billing fraud and chargebacks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) - Familiarity with Dark Web credential monitoring - Experience in telecom, fintech, payments, or abuse prevention - Exposure to compliance screening, sanctioned customer lists - Prior shift-based / NOC / SOC operations experienceInterested Candidate can share CV on
