We also offer India’s only structured training pathway in couples therapy, shaping the next generation of relationship therapists.Job Summary We are looking for 6 skilled and empathetic couple therapists to join our clinical team at our Bangalore offices in The Marriage Fit. This role involves working closely with couples to address relational challenges using structured, evidence-based frameworks such as Gottman, Attachment, EFCT, and Imago. You will conduct therapy sessions, assess relationship dynamics, and design tailored intervention plans that foster healthier communication and emotional connection.The ideal candidate brings a balance of clinical depth, structured thinking, and emotional intelligence. If you are passionate about relationship-focused therapy and want to contribute to a high-impact, specialized practice, this role offers a meaningful and growth-oriented opportunity.Key Responsibilities Conduct individual and couple therapy sessions using structured therapeutic frameworksAssess relationship patterns and design customized, outcome-driven intervention plansFacilitate improved communication, emotional bonding, and conflict resolutionPerform detailed intake assessments to understand relational history and goalsProvide psychoeducation and practical tools for sustained relationship improvementMaintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentationHandle sensitive cases with empathy, neutrality, and professional integrityCollaborate with internal teams and participate in clinical supervisionEnsure adherence to ethical guidelines and best clinical practicesContinuously upgrade skills through training in advanced therapy modalitiesEligibility Criteria MSc in Psychology 3–5 years of hands-on experience in couple or relationship therapyMinimum 1 year of post-MPhil experienceCertification or training in Relationship TherapyCore Competencies Strong command over couple therapy frameworks (Gottman, Imago, EFT, or similar)High clinical judgement with crisis awareness and risk assessment skillsExcellent interpersonal presence—balancing empathy, neutrality, and authorityAbility to work within a tech-enabled clinical environmentStrong adherence to ethical standards, documentation, and supervision
