The role demands deep marketplace operational expertise and strategic execution skills within Sports Nutrition, Beauty, and Health & Wellness categories.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Growth & RevenueOwn end-to-end marketplace performance across Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and quick commerce platformsDevelop and execute strategies to maximize sales, share of voice, and contribution marginsManage product catalog, pricing, promotions, deals, and launch calendars on each platformAmazon Vendor & Seller CentralHands-on management of Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central operations including catalog management, content optimization (A+ content), pricing, and order managementDrive Amazon SEO, retail media (Amazon Ads), and promotional activities to maximize visibility and conversionMonitor and optimize inventory levels and replenishment cycles for high availabilityTikTok Shop & Social CommerceOwn TikTok Shop performance, including live commerce, influencer partnerships, and affiliate marketingCollaborate with creators and marketing teams to develop engaging commerce content and campaignsQuick Commerce PlatformsManage relationships and execution on quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Talabat, Deliveroo, etc.Optimize in-app merchandising, promotions, and stock availability for rapid sales velocityRetail Media & AnalyticsPlan and execute retail media campaigns on Amazon, TikTok, and other marketplace platformsTrack KPIs such as ROAS, TACoS, conversion rates, and marketplace shareBuild performance reports and identify opportunities for growth and efficiencyCross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Brand, and Customer Experience teamsLiaise with marketplace account managers and external agencies to resolve issues and unlock growthMandatory Qualifications5-8 years of marketplace/e-commerce experience with proven, hands-on expertise in both Amazon Vendor Central and Seller CentralExperience managing TikTok Shop and/or other social commerce platformsExposure to quick commerce platforms and fast-moving retail environmentsStrong background in Sports Nutrition, Beauty, or Health & Wellness categoriesPreferred QualificationsExperience managing international marketplaces (US, UK, UAE preferred)Deep knowledge of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and retail media best practicesExperience managing large product catalogs and multi-SKU portfoliosKey Skills & CompetenciesData-driven and analytically strongStrategic thinker with excellent execution skillsStrong stakeholder management and negotiation abilitiesComfortable working in high-velocity, fast-paced environments
